The hotel exceeded our expectations with its outstanding customer service and exclusive amenities. the Spa & wellness centre was amazing, offering an indoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and various body treatments such as full body massage. the beauty treatment facilities such as waxing, manicure, and pedicure were exceptional, and we enjoyed the steam room and Turkish bath. the hotel also offered BBQ facilities and a sun terrace for entertainment.
the restaurant on the venue was excellent and offered a variety of options for dinner, buffet breakfast, and packed lunches.

I recently stayed at Grand Millennium for an engagement party. The breakfast was fantastic, with a great choice and a waiter named Ahmed who had a contagious smile. The pool facilities were well done and the hotel is conveniently located near the Dubai Metro Red line. I was also upgraded to a beautifully appointed business suite. The staff were helpful and the hotel had a cozy old grand style.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We were impressed with the cleanliness, spaciousness, and availability of toiletries in the room. the staff was friendly, polite, and efficient. We enjoyed convenient location between the two airports, and appreciated the hotel's quiet atmosphere away from the tourist areas.

The rooms are comfortable and the staff are friendly, with great housekeeping service. The breakfast at The Atrium Restaurant is a must-try, with a wide variety of delicious options.
The shared shuttle service to nearby attractions is often overcrowded and inconvenient, with no space for strollers.

I felt like a culinary explorer at Toshi with its extensive Asian menu. The desserts were out of this world. Crystal Bar was the perfect place to sip and chat. The raw seafood platter was a feast for the senses. The hotel's location is unbeatable.
I just loved extending my stay three times due to a travel ban and the hotel not caring at all. And who needs temperature control and new year wishes?
